The Workers' Compensation Department currently consists of two attorneys with over 40 years combined experience representing employees and employers before the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission.
We provide an initial consultation free of charge to injured workers. We may then represent you in filing your claim and proceed to hearing. If your claim has already been accepted as compensable, we may assist you in obtaining all benefits to which you may be entitled under the Virginia Workers' Compensation Act. In appropriate cases, we will negotiate a settlement of your claim.
We also represent uninsured employers, third party administrators, and carriers before the Commission.
Our wide range of experience representing both employees and employers provides us with unique tools in assisting our clients in their workers compensation cases.
