Ros R. Willis is a partner at Inman & Strickler focusing his practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Civil Litigation and Criminal/Traffic Law.

Born in Virginia Beach, Mr. Willis received his B.A. from Hampden Sydney College in 1986, and his J.D. from Mercer University in 1990.

Mr. Willis is a member of the Norfolk-Portsmouth, Virginia Beach and Virginia Bar Associations, as well as the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Willis is actively involved in the local community. He is the past Executive Director for the Hilltop YMCA and the Vice President and Treasurer for the Noblemen of Virginia Beach. He is the past president for the Virginia Beach Youth Service Club formerly known as the Exchange Club of Virginia Beach. He is also an elder and active member at First Presbyterian Church in Virginia Beach. He is the chair of the Annual Campaign at Cape Henry Collegiate and is on the board of Virginia Beach Juvenile Diabetes Foundation.
