Ros R. Willis is a partner at Inman & Strickler focusing his practice in the areas of Personal Injury, Workers Compensation, Civil Litigation and Criminal/Traffic Law.

Born in Virginia Beach, Mr. Willis received his B.A. from Hampden Sydney College in 1986, and his J.D. from Mercer University in 1990.

Mr. Willis is a member of the Norfolk-Portsmouth, Virginia Beach and Virginia Bar Associations, as well as the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Willis is actively involved in the local community. He is the past president of the Hilltop YMCA board; past president of the Virginia Beach Youth Foundation formerly known as the Exchange Club of Virginia Beach; he has served on the board of JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation), Francis Land House and The Robinhoods of Virginia Beach. He is a member of First Presbyterian Church in Virginia Beach. He and his wife and their two children reside in Virginia Beach.
