Stephen
A. Strickler is a partner at Inman & Strickler focusing
his practice in the areas of Workers Compensation, Disability
Claims and Medical Malpractice.
A resident of Virginia Beach since 1950, Mr. Strickler received
his B.A. from Virginia Military Institute in 1968, and his J.D.
from Washington and Lee University in 1971. He served as a 1st
Lt., USAR, active duty, 1971-1973 and Capt., JAGC, USAR, 1973-1980.
Mr. Strickler is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Virginia
Beach Bar Association, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and
I.Anson-Hoffman Inns of Court. He is admitted to practice before
all Virginia Courts, the U.S. District Court, Eastern District
of Virginia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.
Mr. Strickler has lectured for the Virginia CLE statewide
seminars in 2002, 2004 and 2006 on various workers’ compensation
issues to other attorneys around the state and at the Virginia
Workers Compensation Commission Annual Seminars in 2004 and
2005.
Mr. Strickler has represented employees, insurance carriers
and employers for over thirty years before the Virginia Workers’
Compensation Commission and the Virginia Court of Appeals. Mr.
Strickler’s practice of law is centered on workers’
compensation and other disability issues.
