Stewart M. Kahn is a partner at Inman & Strickler focusing his practice in the areas of Business Law, Estate Planning, Tax Law, and Commercial Real Estate.

Born in New York City, Mr. Kahn received his B.A. (cum laude) from Ithaca College in 1976, his J.D. from Western New England College School of Law in 1979, and an LL.M. (Taxation) from the University of Miami School of Law Graduate Program in Taxation in 1980.

In addition to being licensed in Virginia, Mr. Kahn is licensed to practice in New York, Florida and South Carolina.

Mr. Kahn is presently serving on the Board of Directors of the United Jewish Federation of Tidewater, Tidewater Jewish Foundation and Beth Sholom Village, a non-denominational facility which consists of a nursing home, rehabilitation facilities, low-income housing and an assisted living facility. He is also President of The Terrace, the assisted living facility at Beth Sholom Village. Previously, he has served as the President of Beth Sholom Village, been a member of the Board of Directors of the Jewish Community Center of Tidewater and is a graduate of Leadership Hampton Roads.
