Elizabeth
M. Dietzmann joined the firm as a partner in 2008. Her areas
of practice include general corporate work, commercial real
estate, municipal and condominium associations. In addition,
she has extensive experience in environmental real estate law
in the areas of stormwater, wastewater and water law. After
she graduated from Washington University School of Law in St.
Louis, Missouri, Elizabeth began her legal career with a judicial
clerkship in the Court of Appeals in the Southern District of
Missouri. Since then, Elizabeth has worked with corporate and
commercial law practices in Missouri and maintained her own
private practice. After consulting with clients on a number
of Chesapeake Bay issues and enjoying the Tidewater area, Elizabeth
relocated to Virginia in 2007 in order to be closer to her family.
Elizabeth is heavily involved in volunteering at Linkhorn Park
Elementary, where her niece and nephew attend school, anything
involving horses, and animal rescue efforts. She is also an
avid NPR listener.
