The Business/Corporate Law Department of Inman & Strickler currently consists of four attorneys with a wide range of experience representing both big and small businesses.
The most important transactions for our clients normally include sales or acquisitions of existing businesses, mergers, and joint ventures. Our attorneys routinely negotiate, draft documents for, and close such transactions for our clients.
We also assist our clients in all other phases of the business cycle. At the inception, we help the client address crucial issues such as management control and tax consequences by assisting in the choice of business entity and creation of appropriate internal company agreements.
Throughout the life of the business, we work with our clients to help obtain financing, negotiate and review all types of contracts, handle employee issues, resolve business disputes, comply with existing law and regulations, create advantageous tax strategies, and any other business needs our business clients may have.
