Jeanne S. Lauer

Jeanne Lauer is regarded as one of the top, if not the top community association attorney in Virginia. She provides full service representation for home owners associations and condominium associations from creating the association, drafting governing documents such as bylaws and declarations, installing board of directors, advising board of directors, drafting amendments, drafting rules and regulations, filing liens, guiding boards through assessments and special assessments, defending the association in court, and many other areas.

Community involvement

Ms. Lauer has served on the board for the Kings Grant Civic League and also participates in Concerned Citizens for Special People, a nonprofit organization providing assistance and information to the families and friends of people with disabilities.
