Lindsey A. Flaherty
Lindsey A. Flaherty is an associate at Inman & Strickler focusing her practice in the areas of general civil litigation, family law, workers’ compensation, representing children as a guardian ad litem, criminal and traffic matters.
Ms. Flaherty grew up in Roanoke, Virginia, received her B.A. from Mary Washington College in 2000 and her J.D. from Appalachian School of Law in 2008 where she served as the Managing Editor of the Law Review. During law school, Ms. Flaherty served as an intern with Justice Cynthia Kinser of the Supreme Court of Virginia. Upon graduation, Ms. Flaherty served as a law clerk for the 4th Judicial Circuit Court in Virginia.
Ms. Flaherty is a member of the Norfolk Portsmouth Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in all Virginia state courts.
Lastly, Ms. Flaherty participates in the community through her membership on the Downtown Circle of the Children’s Hospital of the Kings Daughters.
